Part 1: I am accepted in Christ
Day 1: I am God's child.
John 1:12-
"But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name."
1. What are my thoughts about this truth?
2. Do I believe God? (If not, what about my past or current situation is holding me back?)

Here's are just some of my comments/ reflections from Day 1:

1. I know how much I love my own children so this truth reminds me of the unconditional love that God has for me. It humbles me to know that He gave me the right to become His own. The word "believe" sticks out and is a verb, which means it requires action.
2. In theory, I do believe this truth, however, when I cower from Him in guilt and regret and think there's no way He can forgive me yet again, I forget that I am His child and He loves me no matter what!
